I just want to tell you that your toys are the first plush toys that my
11-month old lab mix pup doesn’t destroy in 10 minutes or less! I had given
up on plush toys until I heard someone at PetSmart saying that her terrier
wasn’t able to destroy one of yours, so I picked up the lamb toy to give it
try. It would have been worth the price just to see Teddy’s eyes get wide
and his tail wag with excitement when I pulled it out for him; better yet,
he’s still playing with it, and not a tear on it. Amazing! This pup usually
has a plush disemboweled in a few minutes and has already moved on to eating
all the stuffing!
My only beef - I went back for more and they are almost totally sold out at
my local PetSmart!
Thanks for making a great product, and please, get more out to the stores!

Hello,
A couple months ago I purchased one of the Baby Dragons at PetSmart for our rat terrier puppy. It was one of his favorite toys.
It lasted the longest of any other of his plush toys. However, today he managed to chew through the leg and pull out all the stuffing.
Unfortunately, this dragon doesn't seem to be available at PetSmart anymore. I am located in Peoria, Illinois. Do you know of any other
locations in the area that might sell your product? Or is there an online store where I can purchase one?
I am also including a picture of our puppy Sindaen with his dragon. Thank you for your assistance.

I was ‘licking my chops’ when my wife came home at the end of February with a new ‘guaranteed’ Sherpa Pet Group piglet squeaky
toy for Saki, our 6 year-old Shiba Inu. Shibas make quick work of virtually anything and Saki just adores getting the squeakers and stuffing out of toys
like this - as even Santa Claus can attest to in the attached picture.
It didn’t take long for the ears, face and legs to go and we carefully kept the four disemboweled squeakers from the legs in a ziplock bag on the
fridge with our receipt. This was going to be easy!
But a long time passed, all the way to the end of April, before Saki finally managed, under cover of darkness, to finally figure out the trick of using
the pig’s mouth (I can only guess as the face was gone) to get at the carefully-placed plastic bag filled with foam and the final, treasured squeaker.
I certainly can’t say we are at all dissatisfied with the toy so I can’t claim total victory. Saki has been known to destroy other non-destroyable
things such as chew-proof balls in short order but not the little GoDog stuffed pig. I will caution you though - there is NO SUCH THING as a Shiba-proof toy,
especially one with a squeaker hidden inside. It may take time, but they will find a way.
To the pig’s eternal credit, Saki seems to refuse to reduce the pig to the stuffing-free lifeless lump that he does to most other stuffed toys.
He seems to have a great admiration for the challenge that the pig presented and it remains one of his treasured possessions.

Hello Nikki,
I guess you thought you heard the last of us. We did try to make the toys last longer and will correct Monty in an effort to make your toys last us longer.
But Monty has been busy. You can see in the photos that he got the foot of one and a hole in the face of the other. We did try to patch up the
toys whenever possible. I still had a little trouble finding the bears that Monty liked so much. One place said they would get more in but I haven’t
heard anything back yet. I will probably be checking that out soon. I did find a toy of yours that is a lion without the stuffing and Monty likes that a lot.
We have had it for about 2 weeks now without incident. Along with that we got another dachshund. His name is Maynard. Monty and Maynard both like to play
with the lion and the other toys we have of yours. I sent pics of the damage and of Maynard.

Big fans of your toys—Thanks

We have gone thru I can’t even count how many stuffed animals for my KoKo.
He’s a Standard Poodle and he’s 15 months old (and 87 lbs.). He always
managed to play too rough and tear into them and of course stuffing was
everywhere! FINALLY a “baby” he can play with endlessly and it actually
holds up!! Thank you!!! and my KoKo thanks you too! Here are a couple of
pics I took this morning after he got all tuckered out from playing with his
dragon. As you can see, he’s using him as a pillow.

Hi,
I have six dogs two of which are monsters. They love their toys to pieces… literally! I have to purchase toys on a weekly basis after cleaning up my fluff–filled living room and den.
Two weeks ago, while at Petsmart, I saw your product and purchased a coral dragon for my Portuguese Podengo, Remy and a barnyard buddy lamb for my Australian cattle dog, Jack. The toys are still in one piece and
they all love playing with them!!! Thank you so much for taking the time to create such wonderful products for pet owners who, like me, love their pets even if they are little fur balls of destruction. You have
a new loyal customer here in Houston. I can’t wait to see what you come out with next. Now if I can just find something that is lawn mower proof.
With kindest regards,

FINALLY — a stuffed toy that my 4 yr old Lab hasn’t destroyed! I LOVE your
Baby Dragon with the chew guard fabric! One major problem — I can't find it
anywhere. I’d like to get a second one for Petie, but I’ve searched on line
and just can’t find it any where. The one I have I purchased at Pet Smart —
it was the last one in the local store. Can you direct me to where I can
find these? Here’s a photo of Petie with his new favorite toy! (the second
item in his mouth is his “griggle ball” — he’s into noise-making toys!)

I just wanted to let you know our 8 week old St Bernard Puppy loves
the pink dragon but after only a week the squeaker stopped working and our
local store was out. Do you know where we can get another? She just LOVES
Douglas (we named him) but he no longer cries for her!
Thank you,
Jennifer

Hello Nikki!!!
I think we have good news. The toys are definitely lasting longer. With the exception of a ear on the green dragon and one of the spines on the blue dragon everything seems ok. On the blue dragon, when
Monty ripped of the spike off of the tail there was a hole. It was no tear or nothing and we got to it before he noticed and my wife says she will sew it up or I will try to fix it. He has completed worn out
the squeakers. Neither of them work. I think is a true testament when he can wear out a squeaker before he tears through a toy. I know its just a squeaker but I think he likes your's the best. It is some of
his drive to go after your toys like he does. Now I am trying on my part to do some minor corrections when he tries to de-fur a toy and that seems to help. Your toys are definitely tougher because before we
were not given any time to make a correction. He chews. shakes, and rough houses with them so again the are doing well. The ear on the green dragon tore before it made a hole. I think it was sewn on better than
the spike that he tore off. I know it says you double sew the seems but it seems on this toy the spike came off way to easy. It could be a one in a million thing. This is not a complaint or anything but thought I would provide some feedback on the toys to help.
I would like to see if you sell your toys online. I would like to get him the bears again. The local Petsmart doesn't have them yet but I am looking and thought I would go through you ar a dealer you recondmend.
He really enjoyed the white one you sent me and played with the "pelt" of the one he tore for a while. We let him keep it, it seemed he was proud of his "kill". I would definitely send
you more pictures and plan on posting a comment on everything you all provided and commend you on your excellent customer service.
Plus just a lil in your defense with Monty destructive behavior. I am now looking into getting another dachshund and it appears that this de-stuffing of toys could be a breed thing. Now I know other
breeds probably have the same instinct and again you all have been good to your word. But I also will state on my comments online as responsible pet owners that maybe some correction is due to help to toy do
its job but that you all have always honored your guarantee.
Thanks for everything, will definitely look for your products in the future.
Happy Easter
Mark and Monty

Hello,
I wanted to send you this picture with the bear. As I mentioned
before, this was the best toy for her. Very durable and soft. She carries it
everywhere and in two months has only managed to fray one of the ears. I
have tried every other "durable" toy and they were either too hard for her
to really enjoy or they were destroyed within minutes.
She is 128lbs and is really tough on whatever she wants to be tough on and
this bear has endured well.
Thanks again for making the toys.

To the Toy Experts at GoDog:
We (Mr. Bojangles and family) received a replacement "Chew Guard" toy from you recently and a very nice letter. We want you to know that we really appreciate the great customer service.
Since, you assumed Mr. Bojangles was a "tough" dog, we wanted to set you straight. He is a Labradoodle (picture attached), 25 lbs., very loveable, scared of his own shadow - a rescue dog that came
to us with many "issues". He loves soft cuddly toys with noise makers inside. However, he can destroy them within a few days — tearing them apart and distributing the stuffing from one end
of the house to the other. (I wonder if these toys are similar to a voodoo doll and he is taking revenge on the puppy mill owner from where he was rescued ?) So far, the new toy you sent is just missing an ear.
The chew guard definitely makes the process more challenging.
You mentioned in your letter that you would like to make our dog one of the test dogs. I don’t know what you meant by that statement since there was no further elaboration. We do want
you to know that we would be happy to participate! Receiving a new toy every now and then to test (chew) — why that would be heaven. We would be happy to keep notes and give you all the feedback you want.
Thanks again for the new toy.

Hi Nikki,
I was able to get to the apartment office on Saturday to pick up my delivery
from UPS (I get home too late to get there before they close) which was
delivered to the office on Monday last week…and there were in fact two
toys in the package.. the replacement Fidget and a bear as the letter
inside noted that the dragon was out of stock… thank you very much for
sending the alternative to the out of stock dragon…
Just so you know… we are doing ok with the bear… he plays with it for
a while and when he starts treating it like a chew toy, I take it away from
him… the only part I notice he is particularly interested in is the
tail… he would love to get that tail off there! :)
Thank you again so much for all your assistance… all is well… I will
keep the Fidget put up till he's a little older and hopefully not the toy
destroyer he is at 2 years old…
Love the toys… Satisfied customer…

We have 2 of your go dog toys. A cow and a sheep.
We have 2 Bischon Puppies whe have so much fun with them.
We like the way that the squeekers still squeek after a month of very hard
use. You would laugh when you see one puppy on each end pulling
as hard as they can.
Thank you for a toy they can play with and I now know I can
wash then. We bought them at Pet Smart in Utica, Michigan
Thank you,

Nikki,
We got the sample toy you sent yesterday - I am sending (in separate
e-mails, because I do not know how to attach) a couple of pictures of
“Little Bit” and the toy.
He loved it - for all 40 minutes that I let him have it. By then he had
ingested part of the head! I am returning it to you so you can see what he
did to it. In the same package I am returning the dragon and the cow -
both with chew guard tech, that I bought him last weekend. The dragon
lasted 15 minutes, the cow a couple of hours. I am including their
receipt. I was really disappointed in them, I figured they would last at
least as long as the zebra (7 days!), I love the look and feel of the
toys, guess my guy is just too much of a chewer for them. Thank you again
for the sample toy - if you need anything else “chew-tested” I can guarantee
that “Little Bit” will give it as good a test as most any dog!

Good Evening -
I recently received a replacement big bear for one that my dog “maimed”. I was also informed in the letter that you would like to make my dog a test dog.
I would love to participate as I have yet to find anything she cannot destroy. She is a 15 month old German Shepard named Majerle (pronunced Marley).
Needless to say she has removed an ear and the nose from her new bear. I want to return it to aid in development of better dog toys, but did not receive a packing slip w/this
latest bear and wanted to know what you would like me to do.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!

I was in Petsmart the other day and purchased one of your toys for my 8 month old Mini Daschund. He is quite the little chewer and I figured if any toy was going to last, this one with the
“chew guard technology” would be the one. I’m accustomed to spending $10-$15 on a toy and it not lasting him long, but I figured why not give another new toy a try.
It was the first toy we gave him when we got home and he absolutely LOVED it! And like all toys, he started in on chewing it and from the point when we first gave it to him it lasted all of
45 minutes before it had a large hole in it with the stuffing coming out. I was wondering what to do with it in this situation and if you cover the cost of shipping. Needless to say, I was out
of the country when I purchased it for him (I live in Canada, and we were in the USA when we bought it) and will get back that way for a while. As you seem like a reputable company that values
making quality toys for dogs I would hope you have a guarantee on something my dog was only able to enjoy for less than an hour.
Thanks for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response at your earliest conveinience.
Sincerely,
Lindsay Millman

Nikki,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you… we received the polar bear on Monday. Befor the nite was over he did manage to break the squeeker so it doesn’t make noise, but we are on day 4
and it is still in one piece! Going to stop by and pick up another for my Lab tonite… she is jealous now : ). I’m attaching a picture of Niko, so you can see what a “beast” he is.
Thanks again… I’ll keep you updated on how it holds out!

Hi,
I received the replacement GoDog Chew Guard toys yesterday and was really pleased at your response. I actually have TWO dogs, a 1 1–2 year old & 4 year old golden retriever, who both are a challenge to buy toys for. When I give them a soft toy I always keep an eye on them & take the toy away when I feel it needs a rest! The toys they have around constantly are Kongs, Nylabones and tough balls. These soft toys in my opinion need to be put away & brought out so they last. I love your idea of making a soft toy stronger. My dogs have also chewed through the “Tuffie toys” that are supposed to be strong. One suggestion I would have is to have as few “small” parts of the toy that the dog can fit into their back molars & chew on, such as an ear. I would make an earless toy! Anyways, I would love for my doggies to be test dogs & will give you as much feedback as I can since I love to buy my dogs toys & would like them to last longer!
I’ve attached pictures of the girls, Lily in the blanket & Calypsa with sunglasses & will keep in touch with feedback on your toys.
Cordially,

Dear Sherpa:
Thank you for standing behind your guarantees. I bought several bears and
other toys for my own giant schnauzer and friends for christmas. In my 25
years of owning giants there has never been a toy they could not destroy.
When the squeaker died on the first bear, you replaced him at no cost. The
replacement had no squeaker so you sent me 3 more bears and told me, my
girl would be one of your test dogs… Since you are committed to creating the
perfect toy, my dog killed the squeaker in less than a minute. The bear
however, is still in one piece…
Thank you for your committment.
Sincerly,

Hi,
I have attached pics of the pooches with the toys. I am getting ready to send back the Armies, they do last longer than the Fidgets, but the tail & ears are the downfall!! The fur on the Armies doesn’t seem to get as wet from the slobber as the Fidgets do. Obviously the dogs don’t care, but I do!! I went on your website & would like to see how the bears hold up, they seem to have less small appendages than the others. Any chance you could send me those to try, I would be willing to pay for them?
Thanks!
